FAQ
- What size heads do your wigs fit?
-
All our wigs come with an elasticated cap, allowing them to be tightened or loosened using the straps inside. They are designed to fit a head circumference of approximately 57-58.5 centimeters (22.5-23 inches) and can be adjusted to fit heads approximately 1 to 2.5 centimeters (0.5 to 1 inch) larger or smaller than this.
For larger head sizes, we recommend our Lacetop or Full Lace range, as they can stretch more to accommodate bigger heads or more of your natural hair. - Do I need to use glue or tape to secure the wig when wearing it, if so, how?
-
While our wigs are considered "glueless" due to the combs and straps they have, we recommend using Mastix Spirit Gum to secure your wigs. This ensures a secure fit as the lace may shift or lift in windy conditions if not properly glued down. You can find "how-to" videos on YouTube to explore other methods that may work best for you if you are new to lace front wigs.
- Are all your products as pictured on your website?
-
Please be aware that different monitors and phone screens may affect color portrayal, and slight differences in shades may occur when you receive your order. Additionally, our wigs are photographed on mannequins, which may not accurately represent human head, neck, or chest sizes. To gauge the length of a wig, refer to the measurements provided in the wig's description.
- If I am unhappy or have changed my mind with my purchase can I get a refund or exchange?
-

We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service to all our customers. - Can I cancel my order?
-

- Human Hair Wig Care:
-
- Gently brush the wig with a wig brush before washing, and for tight curls, use your fingers to detangle.
- Wash the wig in cold water with a mild shampoo, letting it soak for approximately 5 minutes.
- Rinse the wig gently in cold water, repeating twice. Apply conditioner, let it sit for 2 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.
- Pat out excess water with a towel and optionally apply conditioning spray.
- Allow the wig to air dry on a wig stand, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Synthetic Hair Care:
-
- Wash synthetic hair with mild shampoo and conditioner in cool water. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the fiber.
- Swish the hair gently and pat dry with a towel. Never comb or brush while wet.
- If necessary, de-tangle with a wide-toothed comb from bottom to top.
- Avoid using heating irons or other heat appliances, as they may damage the synthetic hair.

- How do I apply the nails?
-
- Size the press-on nails to fit your natural nails, covering from sidewall to sidewall to ensure a proper fit.
- Prepare your natural nails by pushing back cuticles and filing to match the press-on's length.
- Gently buff your natural nails to help the press-on nails grip better.
- Wash your hands thoroughly, ensuring no moisture, cream, or oil is present.
- Wipe the nails with an alcohol swab.
- Apply sticky tabs to your natural nails, removing the plastic backing before gluing down each nail.
- Tuck the press-on nail under the cuticle area and press down firmly, removing air pockets.
- Repeat the process for all fingers.
Tip: Avoid excessive water or oil, as it might cause the nails to come off.
- How to remove nails:
-
Soak nails in warm water with a bit of oil and dishwashing liquid, then gently remove the press-ons. Clean off glue and store for future use.
